The concept of a viola festival headed jointly by Nobuko Imai and Macarena Pesutic was conceived four years ago in the Canary Islands. Touting wonderful facilities and a fantastic auditorium, the Canarian Conservatory of Music in Tenerife, Spain, has an environment conducive to music making, providing incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Our masterclasses are open to advanced high school students, college students, and professionals. Participants have the enriching opportunity to engage one-on-one with world-class artists as they focus on solo repertoire as well as their preparation for recitals, solo concertos, auditions and competitions.
