The Netherlands Chamber Orchestra has a vacancy for:
Second violin tutti (50%)
The auditions will be held on October 16, 2020.
The Netherlands Chamber Orchestra is a unique orchestra: it has a concert series at the Royal Concertgebouw and is the principal partner of Dutch National Opera. In addition, the orchestra receives invitations to play on stages both in the Netherlands and abroad. At concert productions the orchestra usually works without a conductor and is then led by musical leader Gordan Nikolić. The repertoire covers baroque to contemporary. This diversity in repertoire requires flexibility and curiosity from musicians to be able to play various compositions at the highest level. The Netherlands Chamber Orchestra is an inspired collective with an expressive way of playing. The orchestra creates unique interpretations through its core values: intensive teamwork and open communication. The Netherlands Chamber Orchestra is, along with the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, part of Stichting Nederlands Philharmonisch Orkest.

Foreign colleagues are expected to become proficient in the Dutch language within a short timeframe.
